• Use the platform only for lawful purposes.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login details.

Customer Data

• You own the data you input into Waje Nexus.
• We only process it to deliver the service.

Unacceptable Use

• Send spam or fraudulent messages.
• Hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service.
• Use Waje Nexus for illegal activities.

Service Availability

• We aim for high uptime but cannot guarantee 100%.
• Maintenance or updates may cause downtime.

Payments

• Services are billed as per subscription.
• Fees and refunds are subject to your plan agreement.

Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for indirect losses, downtime, or data loss.
• Our liability is capped at the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

Termination
